Tags


You can automate tagging for groups in Manage > Add groups > Auto-tagging rules.

The automated tagging is based on rules you set according to the name of the group.

It works in the Posts List, Comments List, Groups List and Members List.

Activate the tag filter of the items you want to export then click on the top right on the Export button > Export the posts list/comments list/members list.

You can use the "Bulk Tagging" action on the Members List. You must select the members of the page by clicking on the checkbox to the left of their name then at the top right of your screen, click on Bulk Actions > Tag. Then add or create the associated tag.

If you want to tag a long list of members, please send an Excel file to your Customer Success Manager with all the email addresses of the people to tag and the name of the tag to add.

On each page (Groups List, Posts List, Comments List or Members List), select the items to tag by checking the box to the left of your item. Then click on Bulk Actions in the top right > Tag.

 

You can remove tags you have assigned to items. Simply select the elements on the page by checking the box to the left of the element, then click in the top right on Bulk Actions > Untag.

On the Comments List, you can filter your comments in two ways:

  • By comment tag: you have tagged your comments and you only want to display those related to your tag.
  • By post tag: you have tagged certain posts on the Posts List and you want to see only the comments of these posts.

To rename or delete a tag, go to the top menu in Manage > Tags.
The list of all tags available on your Grytics will be displayed. To perform your action, find your tag, then in the Actions column, click on the "..." > rename or delete.
