Please verify that reports do not arrive in your spam folder. Check with your IT department to check if the domain grytics.com is whitelisted.

Otherwise, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

To customize your reports, click on your profile icon at the top right of your screen and click on Customize reports. You can add a logo and your own cover images.

To create a single report, you will first have to create a new segment in Axes and segments > Add a custom segment > Select groups by tag. Then, once the segment has been created, in Reporting, in "scope" you will have to select the segment that you have just created.
