Data & Content

When you add your groups, you benefit from the history of the last 90 days of data unless you have access to the full history (depending on the terms of your subscription contract).

Importing groups can take up to a few hours to complete depending on the amount of data to gather.

Yes, you must go to the menu on the left of your screen from the Dashboard Section and then Groups statistics and change the time period in the top right

Yes, you can export the list of people who have seen a post and also who haven't seen a post. To do this, go to Content Metrics > Posts List. In the "Actions" column, click on the "..." and select the export you want:
- Viewers for the list of people who viewed the post,
- Non-viewers for people who haven't seen the post.

When posting in the group feed (or in your profile), a status is a post with just text. It does not include the change of a group cover.

Any activity made on a group can result in a post created within the group feed.

If you’re using the “create doc” feature in Workplace, all documents will be available from your groups’ doc in Grytics, in the Media section > Docs List or Docs statistics; this kind of content geneates a post within the group feed.

You can find the metrics for each video in your groups media in Grytics or in the post list. Each video will appear as a single post with its interaction. For the post itself (that contains all the videos), metrics will be reflected in the posts list.

There is no detailed metrics about videos on Workplace at the moment.

An active post is a post that generated an interaction: either the post was created or edited or it was commented.

The feed within groups on Workplace works this way: if a post has an interaction, it will be bumped up within the feed.

At the moment, tt is not available in the Workplace API so we cannot get the information.

On the Executive Summary report of the wanted scope, you have the evolution of content month by month, week by week, day by day,  quarter by quarter or year by year.

This can be also exported into PDF, PPTX and Excel.

With the graph about post type, you know which type of post is the most published. And with the graph about engagement per post type, you know which type of post is working the most to your members and generate the most interactions.

Workplace doesn't return views from a member's feed posts, so we can't add them to Grytics. It is advisable to post the posts in a group to have access to the views.

If the photos are not in an album, they will not appear in the media section of Grytics as this is the definition of media by Workplace. You will find the photos statistics in the Posts List part, just filter your posts by type of post.
