If you have been invited by a member of your team, to connect go to the web page https://accounts.grytics.com/ and enter your email address. You will be asked to fill out a form with your data and you will receive by email an activation code for your account.

On the https://accounts.grytics.com/ web page, click "Forgot your password?". You will then receive by email a link which will allow you to create a new password.

Change your password with the feature "forgot your password" or contact your Customer Success Manager.

If you don't have access, your Super Admin on Grytics has not yet given you rights and access to your groups. To do this, you must contact him.

Either you have been blocked by our defense system after too many login attempts (or someone in your organization) or you need to clear your cookies on your browser.

If they no longer have access to their Grytics account, please contact your Customer Success Manager to begin the process of deleting their account and adding yours.

Tip: create an email address only for Grytics that can be relayed between employees when leaving or changing positions.
